It started with our own search — a search for the perfect leather jacket. One that looked stunning, aged beautifully, and felt like a second skin. What we found instead were two extremes: fast-fashion pieces that faded in months, or luxury labels with prices that could buy a holiday. There had to be something better.

So we decided to create it ourselves.

After months of studying the craft and the market, we uncovered the truth — traditional pricing was inflated by unnecessary middlemen, retail markups, and big marketing budgets. Only a small portion of what customers paid actually went into the jacket itself.

We knew we could change that. By designing and crafting everything in-house, sourcing full-grain leather directly, and selling straight to you, we built Toscano Leather to make luxury craftsmanship genuinely accessible.
